Great place! Clean, tidy, quiet, comfortable.
For the summer of 2024, the apartments are in excellent condition - repairs, furniture, equipment.
I managed to cook dinners quite like at home.
A 5-minute walk from the embankment and the entire epicenter of Kasha, all kinds of cafes and shops are available.
From the upper floors you can see the whole Kash and the sea, on the lower ones you can not see, but no less a great view.
The only bad thing is parking, as in everything in the city as a whole
It's just a great option for living, the whole family enjoyed every day there

The number is as shown in the photo. We arrived late, but even then we were quickly helped to sort out the hot water and air conditioning. The house has an elevator. The view is simply magical. If by car, there are plenty of parking spaces along the houses, but we were in February.

Freshly renovated, modern furniture, all appliances are working, clean, cozy balcony, even a bathtub with hydromassage is available in addition to the shower cabin. By the standards, the Porridge is not particularly high, and it is acceptable. The owner is very good, all issues are resolved instantly. I didn't want to leave😀

Nice apartment hotel. The necessary minimum of furniture and equipment. Everything is neat and not old. Kash is a small town, so everything is within walking distance. The hotel is located on a very steep street, it is harder to climb from the sea than to descend.
The view from the windows partially overlooks the sea, but the mountains and the city are also good.
We lived in a room in the attic, fifth floor. Because of this, the bedroom has a rather low sloping ceiling, high ones can knock their heads. The staircase is not wide and steep, but it is quite surmountable.
The reception is not 24-hour, late check-in is stipulated. They left a key in the door for us.

Excellent apartment, new, cozy. The top floor offers an amazing view of the sea and the bay. The reception showed everything, parked the car on their narrow street, was always ready to help. There is water in the fridge.

I really liked it, everything is convenient. We lived in family apartments with a terrace on the ground floor. As everywhere in the Porridge, a cat is attached to the apartments. A strange set of dishes only.
