I have always been wary of
a "purchased" shish kebab, but after trying the shish kebab from this institution, I was pleasantly surprised. The meat is of good quality and always fresh. Now we always order here for delivery and pickup. They are packed in thermal boxes, even after an hour the kebab is warm and juicy. Allergy to vegetable oils - I asked if there was anything in the marinade, they said there was nothing, ONLY SALT AND PEPPER.

I would like to share the unpleasant experience of interacting with your delivery. Today, on 24.12, we placed an order through your website. The order included two kebabs, chicken legs and champignons. Five minutes later, we got a call back and were informed that delivery was only possible if the order amount was over 100 rubles due to the large number of orders.
Several questions arise at once. First of all, why is such information missing from your website? If you have time restrictions or changes in the delivery rules, please notify your customers in advance. Secondly, how do you think two people can order food for that amount? We counted on these conditions and ended up without dinner.
Moreover, this is the second time you have created false expectations. First, you accept the order and payment, and then you declare that the delivery does not work after 22:00. Your actions look extremely unprofessional.
We are very disappointed and, most likely, we will no longer use your services. Please correct your mistakes and provide all important information in advance to avoid similar situations in the future.

But, before that, a notification came that the order would be delivered in 25 minutes, the actual delivery time from Oryol to the address was 10 minutes. Conclusion: they were brought earlier than the ordered time, the kebab was rolled for about 15 minutes before delivery.
