A cozy and intimate yoga studio, I went to class with a Healthy back. I really liked the approach, taking into account the number of people coming to classes, almost individual. The most important thing is that you are taught how to do this or that pose correctly in order to get the most out of it.
A place of peace. Teachers are super experts in their field. I've been with them for a year and a half and they always surprise me with the possibilities. The studio is nice, the inventory is all there. All you need to do is bring yourself a loved one.
Уютная студия йоги Айенгара. Единственная в Тбилиси, если не во всей Грузии. Работают только сертифицированные преподаватели. На занятии учителя поправляют, если делаешь неправильно, и в целом выстраивают правильную практику. .
Очень хорошая студия! Профессиональные и внимательные тренера.
Много разного оборудования, что помогает выстраивать многие позы, если они вам пока не доступны.
