The hotel has an excellent location and price. The entire Tourist infrastructure is nearby - cafes and shops. The beach is across the street, excellent sandy, while there are corals and fish. The host is very customer-oriented, listens to the wishes of the guests. If you want to change the number, please, etc.

In general, guys, if you want a quality hotel, then you don't need to come here!) We took this hotel because we lived in an approximate GOA. The location is the most convenient, everything is within walking distance, the beach is across the street, it takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the red lobster!) The rooms have air conditioning and a fan, it's basically enough!) Room cleaning is daily! I recommend this hotel!)) 🏨

The reviews seemed to be good, we took a chance, went with the children. But!!!!
1) Trains rattle terribly, 3-4 pass through the night and for some reason they honk
2) Mosquitoes overcame, fumigators in sockets (brought with them), sprayed everyone with "Moskitol", nothing helped, in the morning everyone got up bitten.
3) Air conditioning only for a fee, 5 dollars per day. If we take into account that we occupied three rooms, then the amount was running up.
4) The cherry on the cake: the owner refused to give boiling water, probably avenged for not taking breakfast. But they are poor- toast, butter, jam, tea. We had breakfast in Cafes, there are a lot of them there.
The rooms were cleaned. Well, how was the cleaning, the floor was swept and the bed was made. The towels have not been changed once.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel!
