For 3 years, as I have been using this department, it was initially on Kolasa Street, 53k1, which has now moved recently, the working hours are constantly changing, rare intervals when it was stable. They can also send a notification on Viber, or they may not send a notification about the change of working hours, they can send a regular message and look like a fool for information in different sources if you do not forget and simply arrive when it does not work. I don't know where the management is looking and what it is doing!
Several times I can't get into the department, it is constantly closed at 12 :00, 13:00 and 17:00. What is it??? There is nothing to advertise, I called support, they told me to look at the site, they didn't even apologize. The day before yesterday I looked at the opening hours of the point until 21:00 at 13:00, I came at 16:05 in fact it was closed and the time has already been changed to 16:00. I do not recommend this organization to anyone, you do not know how to work, there is nothing to open! The site is constantly buggy, and also the online store 😆😆😆 Delivery takes 3-4 days instead of 1, and this is taking into account that you work only in Belarus!!! I hope you will close soon with such a job!!!!!
