Take two. The cash on delivery for the parcel arrives. We arrive, and they tell us: "We can't give you the money - your information is incorrect in your personal account" - OK, we're correcting it. - And again we can't give it back, because there's a different last name on the package! And how did you, comrades, accept this package?!
We call tech support asking how to collect the money, but they tell us: "No way!"
