Honestly, it's a terrible department. they are clearly not professionals in their field. there was a case that, without my knowledge, they packed a parcel for 14 rubles, although the cost was 15, well, imagine)) and recently there was a case that they did not give out money because there was little in the cash register, everything sucks

Just nonsense. The buyer paid for the parcel, but my money was not in the cash register of the European post. So they just disappeared? And they don't transfer money from branch to branch? And how long do I have to wait for money, if there are 100 rubles in the cash register every day, God grant. Horror.
The department is good, the girls are very pleasant workers. Only the sign is not very good, it is poorly visible. The first time, I had to walk around the house several times to see her.
