It's October outside, it's cold, it's raining, I'm happy after work I carry parcels to Euromail 17.45 (I looked at the work schedule in advance, because Euromail likes not to work full-time) I just walk in the door, they answer me right away we don't work, without explaining the reason, I clarified somewhere on the website it saysto which I received the answer yes , I 'm posting it now and the girl is going to hang a leaf on the door !
And closes it in my face.
And I "happily" drove home with a package of parcels in the rain.

I didn 't even bother to register to leave a review! Ekaterina Khamka is a rare employee, I haven't seen this for a long time. The man is clearly working out of place . I used the services of this European post constantly , but after constant rudeness from this employee, I highly recommend not visiting this place. A nightmare in one word. They refused to issue the parcel because allegedly a student ID is not a document. What is it then??? My passport is at the registration, it was taken away for a month, I tried to explain this to an employee. There have never been any problems with student loans before. It's a terrible place. This is exactly what the European Post office will no longer use. I wanted to send a small box, I packed it well before sending it. Ekaterina, an employee, imposed the package, saying that the packaging did not meet the standards, although everything was fine in other departments. I asked for payment upon receipt, but they told me that it was impossible, just right away. I repeat, there were no problems with this in other European Post offices!!!
