And for work, it is the 165 branch from which I send a lot of parcels almost every day, as an individual entrepreneur. We are very satisfied with the current staff, they do everything very quickly, clearly and with a smile, there are never queues, exemplary employees!
I ask you to reward me financially so that the employees will continue to have an incentive for fruitful work, which will also be good for us as clients. And for the fact that they were deprived of the bonus for not distributing leaflets, it was just painful to hear. I personally saw this information and took note of it many times: on the website when I made out parcels, on the monitor in the department every time, on Instagram with advertising, in an email newsletter to both a legal entity and a personal email, why more? It resembles overly intrusive advertising and psychologically passes into the "spam" section in the brain, please don't spam like that, I just expressed my opinion as a person. And about the deprivation of bonuses: this strategy was chosen by the management of the Belpost Business department with which we have been working since 2014, as a result, the composition changes every six months, professionalism is zero, mountains of unsent parcels are evil employees, it is impossible to solve anything calmly and work too. As a result, there are 10...15 parcels per day for European Post and 1..2 pieces for Belpost.
