I received broken goods twice.
In the first case, they compensated because there was a parcel marked "fragile", the seller did not indicate the fragility of the second parcel, the lower part of the goods came just broken, with a sufficiently good package, only the lid with the engraving remained intact.
Making a conclusion:the mark "Fragile" also does not guarantee the delivery of the goods in one piece, and without fragility there is nothing to talk about at all.
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed in the quality of delivery.

In general, the queues are small, 1-2 people. The room is cramped, there is no air conditioner, or it does not work. Lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00. One of the workers left a not very pleasant impression, it is clear that she is not interested in work. The second girl was very pleasant and friendly, everything was fast and to the point.
The parcels are in excellent condition, there were no damaged ones, everything arrived before the specified delivery date. Overall, I'm happy
