Everything is fine, except for the location on the 2nd floor, it's just disrespectful to customers and employees too.They unload, and we carry it from the 2nd to the 1st floor again, at least the boiler room is on the first floor!
The location is convenient, the only disadvantage is that the second floor. The service is ideal only when Elena (black with short hair) is on shift: she serves quickly (queues are not created, maximum 1-2 people if it is rush hour), if something is unclear, she will always explain and help in a friendly and accessible way; during rush hour she clearly manages to serve at the same time and without problems 2-3 people (that's cool).... The management is kindly asked to take the feedback into account and encourage such an employee. Thanks
