I am a regular customer. I send and receive parcels here very often and a lot. The best branch in Brest. Here, the staff is always trying, in a hurry to serve as many people as possible. Sometimes there are small queues. They will always help you figure it out. They work very fast, which is not typical for all other European Post offices in Brest. In other branches, it's just a nightmare, no one is in a hurry, there is zero attention to customers

I do not advise you to contact and use the services of posts. The service is terrible, the staff feels like gods. We forgot the main rule (the customer is always right) and we need to respect the customers. The information about the delivery is constantly not up to date. Errors in both delivery and delivery. Delivery can take more than 9 days. And they will brazenly deceive to make a stupid person out of a client. Anyone who wants a scandal is welcome.

Terrible service. To send a package, you need to register on the website. I came to the department and was told about registration. Okay, no problem. but!!! The website just doesn't work from a mobile browser. It constantly throws out and writes filling errors, although all the data is entered correctly. After several attempts to register, it worked. It's more fun then. The confirmation code for registration took more than 10 minutes to arrive. It took me about an hour to send the package. Belpost is doing a better job. The staff of the department are initiative-free, they did not offer help with registration, although they saw that I had been standing for a long time. There is no alternative way to send a package, and the site was constantly hitting errors, then Server Error, then just throwing out and not sending the code. For users who are generally far from technology, it would seem simply incredible to complete such a registration. Either make a mobile application, or improve the site's performance on phone browsers. And also train department employees to register new customers from their work PCs, because it is impossible to do this from a phone!!! Just 0 stars out of 5.

Terribly inconvenient service when receiving a parcel - a daughter with a passport cannot receive a parcel in her mother's name by paying money!!! do people really have to carry a birth certificate with them in addition to a passport? there are all sorts of situations in life., especially in a pandemic, the queues are always huge, with a small child you don't want to stand there...Please reconsider this moment!!!

Disgusting attitude towards visitors , they react aggressively to an alternative solution to the problem . The mask mode is not observed . Punctuality is at a lower level . It 's just terrible , starting with greeting visitors, ending with leaving . I ask you to take action and review all employees of Europost. Shift from 08/27/2021 .
