Disgusting approach to clients. I came to send a metal rack of the size 170*40*8 As a result, today, on May 2, 2024, I was refused by a European Post employee. Yes, I understand everything that exceeds the bulky dimensions, but I have a question how then other citizens send hoods for cars and trunks for Volkswagen Transporter T-4 I witnessed the receipt of this parcel!!! I.e. we accept someone, and refuse someone, "a wonderful organization" I pay money for to send a package, not to bring it and leave with it. I'm not going to have any more business with this mail, it's easier to pay extra and send it by regular mail where everything will be accepted from you and they won't send you to hell.
