It's just some kind of horror! Today, 09/23/24, I went to this pick-up point. Not only did they not even greet me when I came in, but also this man who was there threw these boxes so that the walls shook. Then he sat down and looked at me as if I had ruined his life. I tell him I need to send a package, he asks for the code. I say the code, and he calls the amount two rubles more than was stated on the site. I ask him why, and he looks at me like I'm the stupidest person in the world. In general, the service is just terrible. He ruined the mood with his grimace and rudeness just for the whole day. When I finally said that I had no money, I was counting on another amount, he threw back the tape and looked at me as if I was some kind of incomprehensible creature. I'm just disappointed. I don't want to go there anymore. Please fire this employee, I would like to communicate with friendly and good people, and not with this one.
The waiting time in the queue after 18:00 can be up to an hour. At the same time, there are no more than 5-6 customers in the queue. What caused such a slow delivery of orders remains a mystery.
