Excellent pick-up point. The staff is friendly and courteous. The hall is clean. There are means of unpacking and stretch film. They serve you quickly, I didn't see any queues.

There are no complaints about this particular point. But the big inconvenience is that the post office issues money on cash only at the point from where the parcel was sent, it's really not convenient. I don't understand what the problem is with giving money at any other point.
