I ordered plants for this mountain pick-up point. I can only pick it up on weekends. Arrived on June 15 - closed. June 16 and 17 are days off at the department. I took time off from work on June 21, in the evening of 20.06 at 20:26, a message arrives that the item will not work. It remains Saturday and again two days off. As a result, the department does not work for four days out of seven days. I don't even know which plants I'm going to take anymore. And I also get a message that after seven days I have to pay for storage. That's just terrible....

It's disgusting, an outrage. Employees work slowly, they spend 15-20 minutes per sender (recipient), some say that they cannot pick up the parcel on the 3rd day because of the queue. I stood in line for about an hour👎👎👎👎

The store is basically good, you can buy everything you need, there is a European Post office. But it is very unclear why the store was halved, the trading floor is cramped, and the squares are empty. And they also set up three self-service cash desks and only one regular one, sometimes the queue at this cash desk stretches to the middle of the hall.
I often use the services of Euromail. There are nuances with the delivery time, but otherwise everything is fine. It is faster, more efficient, and more convenient for Belpost, in my opinion.
I'm waiting for the parcel for a very long time.
