I want to leave a comment about Victoria's employee. All five times that I came to the post office, she was not in the mood. I never heard any words of greeting, only insults and raised voices.
For the last time, I asked for a small parcel measuring 10 by 6cm to be packed in a box so that it fits in size. To which she offered the largest box, shouting that the package would fit there too.
Terrible attitude towards customers, you come to the point for a parcel, but it is closed and there is no notification of a regime shift. You can find out that the point is open from 11 a.m. thanks to the call center, thank you that at least the employees work there in the morning. It's also amazing that the 21st century is in the yard, but we still go for parcels with a passport ourselves, can't we also send QR codes without problems so that a loved one can pick up the parcel? No, you still need to come yourself at least once, that's why then do all this?
In general, nothing, but everything depends on the employees, and they usually move a little like boiled fish in this department. Even if there is no queue, it doesn't work out quickly, at least that's my experience.
The department is good, but recently an employee has been working who prefers to speak as quietly as possible. He expects that visitors themselves know where to sign and what to report. As a regular user, I know, but there was a person in the queue who kept trying to figure out what to do, pulling out the word with ticks. He gets 10 points for endurance, minus 10 points for service to an employee. It was terrible. He asks again and each subsequent response from the employee is even quieter and more irritable. Everything is fine, but there is one thing, or rather two) the specialist is sooooo slow, because of this queues are formed. And, very dirty, especially the floor.
The queue is not big, it took 5 minutes to send the parcel.
