The production time is 2 months instead of the 15 working days stated in the contract. Moreover, they arrived in the wrong color on one side. There was a huge problem to prove that a different color was negotiated before starting work. You see, the manager forgot to make a note in the specification. Painting in the desired color was carried out for 3 weeks. But the surprises didn't end there))) the hinges of the Rondo look as if they have already been used for 10 years, before being installed on our doors, the pressure headset is scratched in the most visible place. Knowing that the 76mm profile was used in the manufacture, they obviously gave a pressure headset with short bolts. The bead from the inside is in the most prominent place and is laminated on top. And these are not all the jambs that can be listed on this door. Of course, I understand that at this vaunted enterprise, probably only those customers who bring orders for tens of thousands of rubles or other currency are licked, but after paying 3000 bel.rubles for 1 door, I want to see its quality. At enterprises of this scale, they should not only "bring down the cubic capacity", but also monitor the quality, at least a little. Only one conclusion suggests itself, the fish is rotting from the head. And here the management is either not aware of what is happening in production at all, or they are aware and do nothing. Both are very bad.
