We bought Tarwood parquet (Arava and extra white) at the Evromarket salon on Lozhinskaya St. 4.
We were satisfied with the cooperation with this salon and consultant Marina:
1. Marina is a professional in her field: she knows the product she sells well, knows how to communicate delicately with the client without pressure, promptly answers all questions in the messenger (ordering, payment, questions about price/ availability, delivery, contacts of installers);
2. The salon has the opportunity to take parquet samples home — this option has been useful to us twice;
3. Marina gave us the contact of the stacker Evgeny, he and his team (they worked very quickly and smoothly from morning to evening) — they prepared the foundation (46 m2) and laid the entire parquet (60 m2) in a day.
4. Parquet prices are average in the city, not overstated.

I highly do not recommend this store. I bought an SPC, and after laying it, I noticed that part of the floor was different in color, although all the boxes had the same numbers. They agreed to change it. We sorted out the floor, gave the marriage away. Then they called and said they would only change the whole, uncut boards. The rest is for disposal. Now I can't agree on the time for the replacement delivery. I hope at least something will be returned. I am very sorry that I contacted this store.

Upon detection of substandard quartz vinyl slabs after delivery, the seller refused to replace or refund the funds. I had to call and find out. Other employees solved the issue and replaced the substandard product. Even if the product is promotional, it is also subject to return or replacement on general grounds (the Law of the Republic of Belarus). Immediately check the goods before the final payment, it will be easier in the future.
