I often order delivery from this Euroopt! Everything is always very good, fast assembly and delivery. If there is no product available or it is not of proper quality, they will always call and warn you!
But the last time I ordered frozen broccoli, and that's what I saw in the bag, you can see the color for yourself, the smell of acid..like something out of a dumpster. The package was unopened, whole. I conclude that the SRT was not stored correctly, or it was defrosted and re-contaminated and the product deteriorated! The price of broccoli is not small for such a weight! Almost 6p For that, I get 2 stars! I hope the management will pay attention to this!!!

22. 09. 2024. Around 20: 00. In the Euroopt store, a female seller (dark hair) started yelling and accusing her of theft. She started poking and talking rudely. After checking, I found nothing. When he left, there was a friend in the queue. The seller began to use obscene language in front of everyone, calling me names and accusing me of unjustifiable things. The service is disgusting. I do not recommend it.

Cool hypermarket. The pastries are delicious, the salad and the cooking are very tasty. It's nice to come in, the staff can be nervous sometimes, but it's difficult to work with people, so it doesn't count. They will always help you politely and cleanly at the self-service checkout.
