I like this store. The assortment is always good, clean, cozy, affordable. I really like the cashiers' work, well done, they work fast and are always polite.
There are just no words. I bought a normal product on time, but there are such surprises (mold on the waffle and quite a lot of it). Plus, sushi is quite often rotten, so basically I don't buy them in this euroopt anymore. And when returning the goods, for some reason, the sellers came up with their own reason why the goods were returned. Now there is no trust in sealed food either. They don't care about the complaint book. I have already contacted you more than once, 0 reactions
The store is not bad, the prices are reasonable. In the evening, you can see long queues, often only one or two ticket offices are open. There is a bus stop nearby, you can get there by bus
Endless queues at the checkout.
There is no controller at the self-service checkout from time to time. In order to break through an 18+ product, you need to wait for him to deign to come up and make a purchase. Regular customers already know where to go and what to press at the supervisor's workplace.
There's one salesman in the meat and cooking department, and he's a hotshot. And that's all at the hour when people are driving home from work after work.
An ordinary good eureka, you can't say anything bad about it, a variety of products, new products are often and quickly imported, even for the same chips. The only thing missing is that the wrong honey was removed from the shelves, it's sad
A good store, outperforms its competitors, and has good in-house products. The only drawback is the small assortment of ice cream and few cash registers.
Everything is not always available, the trolleys are locked so that you do not take them (I have never seen any of the customers using them), the queues are long, there are not enough cash registers, including self-service.
On the plus side, good staff, delicious pizza and pastries in general.
It's nice to have a small but chain store in our forgotten neighborhood. There are no complaints about the assortment : despite the small area in the store, you can also buy fruits, vegetables, sausages, fresh meat, milk. Not so long ago, they put up an island with self-service ticket offices. And that's where the problem came out. : there is no single person at these cash registers to punch alcohol. To do this, the cashier needs to get out from behind the cash register, come up and enter his code. And then the words "yes, how tired of you all *******" can fly to the buyer's address. Unfortunately, this has happened more than once, and it concerns the same saleswoman, who clearly has a mental problem, but the administration turns a blind eye to it.
There is a large selection, there is a self-service checkout, the sellers are friendly, always clean, minus one approach to the storage boxes is narrow, otherwise a good store.
A so-so store. Of course, it stands out favorably against the background of Okhotsk. But again, the problem of small shops located in the wilderness is the boorish attitude towards customers. People are forced to visit such places and they understand it perfectly well, and use it!
A store with a fairly large selection, But!
The store's staff broadcasts negativity, all gloomy, irritable, some boors. Sushi in cooking is very nice, especially when a young guy is driving. I bought it regularly, but it became a practice to put not fresh, dry sushi. One day, while buying sushi, I asked a young guy with glasses to put the cooking department in a sushi container. He goes everywhere in a dirty blue glove, God only knows what and where he touches! So he takes it and with his already yellow-brown, not blue glove, he puts sushi on me. I told him what you were doing, forceps in front of his nose, and he was at a loss, and asked what to put on, you stupid dirty guy. I say take it away now, recycle it, but wherever it is, put it back in the refrigerator, someone will buy it. Then he also discussed me with his colleague, saying that he was a bad customer. Naturally, I don't buy anymore.
Further, he drew attention to the violation of the storage conditions of products, in particular healthy food snacks. An air conditioner blows on them, and they warm up to a temperature of more than 40 degrees (measured with a laser thermometer), with a tolerance of 20, they naturally deteriorate. But who cares!
Nobody cares, nothing changes. The complaint book is written all over, they do what they want.
In cooking, an adult polite lady, nice, a girl in the kitchen with cerebral palsy (please excuse me), a girl, a great fellow! The guy is a young drier, keep it up!
To summarize.
It's convenient, you have to be on your guard.
A large assortment, constant promotions, discounts on very interesting products, I advise you!

The staff is not friendly from the word at all. They roll their eyes and are rude to any question. In sausage / meat / cooking, there is usually one seller for all departments... First, queues are gathering. Secondly, it's corny to just feel sorry for this unfortunate seller who flies like a broom between departments. We have set up a self-service checkout. Yes, it's good. But if there is some kind of problem or you buy the same alcohol, you need to wait a very long time for some woman from the cashier to come up and confirm your age. Why not assign a person to a self-service checkout like in all other stores? According to the assortment, the store seems to be very good... But there are many factors that make you still choose other stores for shopping.
A good store in general, only queues happen, even 3 self-service cash desks do not save. Well, the door in the refrigerator with beer has always been ajar for at least 2 months, it's time to fix it)))
A terrible store, the service staff behaves rudely and indecently, arranges a conflict out of the blue, the guy was not sold a lighter even with the presentation of a passport and began to swear at him. The store is terrible, I do not recommend it
A mediocre store, there is something, but there is nothing to buy. There is a variety of cooking, but it tastes so-so, it will do for a hungry person, there are few fruits, meat as you are lucky. The staff is on site, working, the queues are small.
As well as a million euroopts. There are a lot of queues during rush hours. But self-service cash desks have been made, which is convenient if you pay with a bank card.
Parking space. People park right in front of the store, almost on top of each other - and I'm next to a pedestrian crossing and they block the view from the car. I have watched more than once how cars almost hit people because of parking lots that are too lazy to walk.
One of the best I've ever met!!! There is always an assortment, the goods are in good condition, there are never empty shelves, which indicates a good leader and team cohesion!!! The only drawback is queues during rush hours. I think it's because of the lack of staff. But!!!! Again, it means they are popular!!! Very good staff!!!
As you enter at the beginning of the hall, there are ripe vegetables. The baskets are dirty, it is unpleasant to put goods in them, the cash registers always have long queues, the only thing that the self-service cash desks have put. As the vegetable store used to be, it remained only with a different format
Five stars, for the fact that there is another store next to Okhotsky, and in general, when there was Razdolny, cooking was on top, now it is limping, everyone used to come to Razdolny, not only buyers, but also sellers say about it
Good cooking, good pastries, lots of fruits. But if you want normal service, you are not here. There are always queues, always!!!! And there is also one boorish lady who sometimes sits at the checkout (but as I understand it, she is either a senior cashier or a shift supervisor). God... How much pathos there is in a woman.... I understand that these people do not work for a very large salary, but I really want at least human tact.
One of the best stores in the "at home" format. The shelves are oversaturated with goods. The pastries are fresh, the meat products are of good quality.
Endless queues and always dirty food baskets. There are not enough employees. I go to this store as a last resort. Recently, it has become a little easier thanks to the self-service cash registers installed.
But it is with great pleasure that I go to the neighboring non-chain grocery store.
