I went to this store with my colleagues for lunch and ran into a boorish cashier. The incident occurred on 05/23/25 at about 12:30-40.
We were standing at the checkout with the goods, talking to each other in a normal tone (not shouting, but also not whispering), did not interfere with public order or anything like that.
The cashier intervened in our conversation and made a rude remark specifically to me: "Dear, be quiet, you are shouting at the whole store. I'm working with money, and you're bothering me" (she counted the visitor in front of us).
I was offended by the tone and inappropriateness of her comment.
I replied that since she couldn't do her job, I probably wouldn't make the purchase. To which she retorted, "Well, don't."
At one point, I was even taken aback by such arrogance and did not ask for a complaint book, which I regret now. Unfortunately, I don't know the seller's full name, but I think it's easy to check by date whose shift it was.
I ask the store management to pay attention to the low level of professional competence of their employees. If a cashier, whose direct and main responsibilities are paying the customer and handling money, is unable to do this simply because other customers are talking nearby, then in my opinion, he should not work in this field.
When I, as a customer, come to buy a product, the last thing I expect to receive is caustic comments and, as a result, a spoiled mood for the rest of the day.
Apparently, Euroopt does not care about its loyal customers, since the recruitment is carried out in such a negligent manner. And they don't need sales either, according to the cashier. Well, let's take this into account and, perhaps, exclude this store from our permanent places for purchases.

The store is near the house. You will find everything you need. I would like to have more choice of semi-finished products, meat, chicken. Sometimes there is a small selection of products and then not always.

I liked that the ticket offices work quickly, there are almost no queues. It is convenient that the store is located within walking distance and is open until late in the evening.
