Huge queues at almost any time of the day, as well as rude, unfriendly staff. Especially men, their manner of communicating with customers is extremely unpleasant to me. Also, the variety of some products leaves much to be desired
In my opinion, it is very tight, as there are a lot of people. And often there are no products that I went to the store for, I have to go to another one.
I rarely visit Euroopt, only if absolutely necessary, when other shops are closed or just on the way. I consider stores of this level to be second-rate. Despite this, the prices there are often just unreasonably off the scale. When you have something to compare it with, you realize that Euroopt is not a socially oriented store. I do not recommend customers to visit this store. It is more expensive for yourself, and the quality of service is terrible, you will lose a lot of time in the queue. Sometimes, looking at a long queue and at the only serving cash register, you return a potential purchase to the place and leave without buying. As far as I know, the only cashier works in the store due to the fact that there is no necessary staff of cashiers, since people's salaries are just tiny...
