About the work itself, from the outside: the tape was installed crookedly, after dismantling there were large gaps between the new window and the opening itself, which were not repaired, besides, one piece of the window opening was simply broken off, and not fully repaired. inside: after dismantling the window sill, large pieces of the wall were broken off at the edges, which were not repaired later, it was not proposed to additionally seal the entire wall under the window sill, which again was damaged after dismantling, the slopes are crooked. they didn't bring one mosquito net, they didn't remove the garbage, they said it wasn't written in the contract... In general, they sniffed, the wall was picked up and merged...

Do not contact this desk. I can't put it any other way.
The work is just terrible. Addresses are confused, installers arrive and don't know their job at all from the word. They ruined the wallpaper, left behind such a mess that there are simply no words. They didn't even clean up their small trash. They require documents that belong to you.

UPDATED BELOW! Don't mess with guys, as a construction worker with experience, I say. Everyone makes mistakes... There is no desire to describe the whole process of this horror. Now I have a task to buy a new tool to cut WINDOWS out of the wall. It is mounted crookedly, the ears are 20 cm long, the handles were brought the wrong ones, all those moments of installation that were stipulated were NOT OBSERVED. Local specialists came to install the windows. Just don't think that this is a story about saving money... and read the contract. Taking advantage of the fact that I was not in place, they handed my wife an act. I'll tell you guys, you're very lucky. You would have left with these windows in the morning because the technologist took off the dimensions incorrectly. He took them off the old windows with huge gaps.... The review is only in order to save someone's time and money.
According to the analysis and the fact after a while: since the windows were dirty and covered with film, we did not see any chips on the lamination and SCRATCHES! Think about it!! SCRATCHES INSIDE BETWEEN TWO panes!!! HOW!? The window sills were glued at the time of installation, there are HUGE grease stains on them, and this place is not washed with anything! It always looks polished! The TECHNOLOGIST measured the window on empty windows by 50 mm less in height!! THEY JUST MESSED IT ALL UP!

The production took place within the agreed time frame and even earlier. The installation is scheduled at a convenient time for me. The team of installers worked quickly, professionally, and efficiently for the first and second time. After a year of operation, there are no complaints about the quality. Therefore, we turned to the same place for the second time. The operational support of the order by the installation department was provided. The price turned out to be average in Minsk. When the measurer arrived and the husband signed the contract dated September 23, the company turned out to be in Minsk. They promised to make a door and a small window in 3 weeks, but only after 2 months they decided that they would put a pair on December 2.Carefully read the contract they have drawn up so that they are right about everything. Even if the contract has expired and they are overdue, then you do not have the right to terminate the contract and you will have to pay 40% of the cost, so they pull to the last, not everyone can stand their nerves, but they remain in +. And the price is much cheaper. A man arrived about the installation and did everything carefully. There are no complaints about him.I do not recommend this company to anyone. The company fulfills its obligations, albeit with a delay (for which it lowered its rating), but on time under the contract (pay attention: 30 working days!) they are invested.
We ordered 3 large Windows to the apartment, the size is approximately 1.6 x 2m.
The measurer did not take into account our request for the size of the window sills, because of this, the furniture did not fall into place.
The windows were made in a month, I could not agree on the installation on a day off, they were installed on Monday, the masters arrived late, about 11-12 hours, the installation itself lasted almost until 12 at night. To say that there was a lot of garbage is to say nothing. About 10 bags were taken out of the apartment. Due to the fact that the dismantling was completed in the dark, I did not notice that the holes were not patched up outside. The next day, in some places, the slopes "failed" and went in waves, and it turned out that the size of the window sill did not allow the furniture to fall into place.
It took a long time to fix the flaws, probably due to the fact that there were many applications. Because of this, I had to live in conditions of shifted furniture, things in packages and the inability to continue repairs. Vladimir postponed the arrival of the masters every time, he had to leave work, stay at home to no avail. As it was explained to me later, the master, who was supposed to fix his work, stayed in the district center for a long time for personal reasons, along with the tools. But in the end, the shortcomings were corrected, the master who arrived was Alexander, a pro. He also re-removed the window sills, cut them off and installed them. We were afraid that we would have to cut off the excess from the outside. 1.5 months after installation and 2 weeks after elimination of defects, there are no complaints. I really like the windows, the fittings work clearly, nothing drains through, does not fog up. I still recommend the company, I corrected the review after eliminating the jambs. Still, they fulfilled their obligations, albeit for a long time

07/14/2022 Eurohall employees installed 10 windows and one door to a private house (Minsk district) for me. What I would like to note:
1) When calling, the manager explained everything in detail and advised (thanks to Denis). The only drawback was that they didn't tell me the price, but at the same time they explained why they didn't want to mislead me and underestimate the cost over the phone. After that, I agreed to a meeting with the window measurer.
2) The measurer (hi Andrey) conducted a full consultation, told me how each profile differs from each other and helped me with the choice. Give Andrey a bonus!!! :))))) BUT ANDREY promised me that the installation of my windows would be carried out 14-16 days after the signing of the contract. The promise was almost kept and the windows were delivered 18 days later. But I want to note that I received a call in advance about the installation delay and was informed, as well as explained that the delay was due to a large number of orders.
3) The installation team worked very well, even fixed a small jamb of the measurer.
Now I understand why the installation time was slightly delayed. The team of installers works slowly and carefully.
