After studying about a dozen offers in Minsk, I found it here:

2) Free shipping on the day of the order (it was Saturday).

The order generation mechanism is very clear, and literally five minutes later the owner called back to clarify everything and tell in detail about the brand and the model she chose. At the same time, everything is very clear, no unnecessary information and no imposition of any other suitcases. On the contrary, I was dissuaded from a more expensive model, which I also considered.
During the delivery, they told me several times and showed me how to use it and what is better not to do so that the suitcase would last longer. We were informed in detail about the warranty.
For that, many thanks to the owner. The next day, it turned out that the suitcase was bigger than I needed. I changed it to a smaller size without any problems and also returned the difference in price, although I immediately offered to leave it as it is, besides, this is my personal flaw.
In short, I sincerely recommend it to everyone. I want to buy something else here.

Everything is just great! A 40x30x20 suitcase was urgently needed. They called and after 2 hours he was already with us. The suitcase is nice, small, but roomy. The Nordwind airlines hand luggage fit perfectly. Thank you very much!
