We rented a car for 2+ months from Yeti Car Rental in Dubai. It was definitely a pleasant experience! Thanks to a manager Sanjar taking / returning processes went smoothly. He gave us all necessary instructions, advised some driving specifics in the UAE, patiently answered for our questions. He also was quickly in contact and useful in case of any questions from our side before and during the rent. The car was in a good technical condition and clean. A deposit was returned in time. Renting a car from Yeti is almost the only choice for those who don’t have internationally working bank cards (e.g. people from Russia). You can book a car without it and pay a rent in the office by cash. Deposit could be transferred / returned back from / to Russian bank cards. I highly recommend this rental company! In case of returning to Dubai we’d rent a car from Yeti with pleasure once again!

I rented a car at Yeti Car Rental in Dubai and was very satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service: everything is clear, fast and without being imposed “from above”, which is often found in other rentals. I would like to note separately that Russian—speaking guys work in the team, and this really helps - you can always ask a question and get support without a language barrier.
During the rental process, I had parking fines, but the staff calmly explained everything, gave me a choice — to pay by myself or through them, without pressure. I didn't have a foreign card, so I applied through the office. Everything went without unnecessary fees and nerves.
I was very pleased that the guys are always in touch, respond quickly and really look for a solution for the client, rather than acting according to a template. If you are in Dubai and looking for a reliable rental with a human approach, I recommend Yeti Car Rental.

We enjoyed the rentals in January 2025 - everything went well.... Special thanks to Muhammad and Sanjar - they explained and showed everything. We took a Mazda 6 - I liked the car

There were no problems with the registration/ acceptance / delivery of the car. The car itself is also fresh. However, the lack of a phone holder in the car was disappointing. The manager did not explain how to use CarPlay (for some reason, it only works from a wire, which I also had to go to the office again) and did not warn about fines. The husband was driving with a phone in his hands, looking at a map, and received a fine of 860 AED (~23,000₽) for driving with a phone. Be careful
The manager also did not explain how to pay for paid parking, which is literally all over the city.

Everything went great. There are Russian-speaking managers, which helped a lot. Everything was explained and questions were answered. We were instructed on parking fees and possible fines. The car is perfect. I liked everything.

Great office! I've been looking for a rental in the UAE for a long time, right there - price = quality! And the cars are all great, and the manager answered tons of stupid questions, they were always in touch! I will definitely contact them next time!)

I recommend yeti car rental, rented a car for 4 days, without deposit and prepayment. They gave the car a perfectly clean and serviceable, higher class as "mine" was not available)
A child safety seat is also available for an additional fee. I didn't get any fines. I drove 700km . We went to Abu Dhabi. I drove on toll roads , the calculation was made when handing over the car . There is a Russian-speaking manager in the office )

I really enjoyed dealing with the guys, everything is honest and polite, the cars are in excellent condition, at my request they took her from the airport. The deposit is returned in 30 days, to be honest, I forgot about it, they reminded me themselves
