I rate Yellow Birds 100 out of 10!!!!
Very cozy atmosphere, professional coaching staff and qualified massage therapists. I tried many gyms and had massages in many studios in Minsk, but I became a regular customer only at Yellow birds. After EMS classes, you don't even want to go to any other regular gym… You always feel comfortable in this studio, the staff is very friendly, especially the administrators, who will not leave any client unattended 😁😁

It is completely unclear to me why it is impossible to choose a master, where are the reviews and the list of massage therapists. Why do you put on some strange non-Russian masters every time you come, without informing about it in advance! I came across the fact that my requests and agreements with the administrator that I only want to go to the girl were ignored several times for some reason. The wrong time was set, then for some reason the master turned out to be a man, then their device broke down, then for some reason the master decided not to work after 14:00, although the recording was at 14:30 (why? It 's unclear 🤷🏼♀️) , there have always been many reasons . I'm a very patient person, but even here I didn't have the strength. Every time something happened. One administrator is very positive and it's nice to talk to her, but I was lucky enough to see her only once, the rest of the time I got to the administrator, who looked very confused and as if she didn't understand where she was and what was required of her. For that kind of money, you can find a much better place, the devices seem to be already half working, I went to the sphere and compared to another place where all the zones are well worked out, the device is also fresh, it's heaven and earth. Is this place worth the money? Question... I think not. Perhaps there are services that are provided with high quality, I cannot say for sure, I speak only for my experience.

I go to the birdies to relax my soul and body, despite the training ! Polite staff, delicious oxygen cocktails, my favorite bumble is on the menu and this is definitely my favorite place.
I chose a wonderful EMS coach for myself - Kristina , I liked her at first sight) and accordingly, I also found a girl from the administrators who fell into my heart 🧡 thank you for your work, attention and care while at the club !

I would like to share my experience of visiting a figure correction studio and express my great gratitude to the team of professionals! From the very first visit, I felt comfortable and cozy. The atmosphere in the studio is very friendly, and the staff are real experts in their field.

Excellent responsive staff , friendly atmosphere , excellent bar with a good assortment of healthy snacks (which, by the way, has saved more than once) , fitness programs. I've been going to excellent classes for the second month, the track too, and the roller massage top, but isn't it a shame to dress guests and offer leaky suits that are not the first freshness, it's time to replace them with new ones.
I'm not comfortable wearing this on myself, I would be ashamed to burn in front of clients if this was my place.
I was eating soup - the dishes are all shabby, don't you see?

I do not advise buying season tickets! It's only important for them to take money and that's it!
The salon itself is cozy - you can't say anything, but the administrators and the management of the customer base are JUST DISGUSTING !!!!
! I bought a subscription on July 26, according to the lifting and tone program for 8 sessions. There was a very tempting promotion, when buying a subscription, I asked to take into account 2 nuances, recording only in the evening (since I work) and only the masseur (girl) ! It seems like a common request - they only scheduled the first couple of sessions with a note of my wishes , since there was no schedule for the whole of August yet … But where , to whom and what they wrote down there is not clear ! The first session was canceled -they had force majeure circumstances, the second took place, on the third they had a force majeure situation again - recording for 19:30 - 20 minutes of waiting, my nerves gave out - going back to the administrator it turned out that the master had taken away someone else's client (oh, apparently she mixed it up)! Did you mix it up ???? Are you serious? We didn't come at the same time to mix it up! So the question is how do you confirm the records and how do you keep them at all - I do not understand! If by phone number and name you should have all the information of the client when and where he goes!
The result is that I took the money, because I can 't stand another force majeure !

I want to rate this place as a coffee shop and definitely a great place. The coffee is very good for its value. 3 rubles for a double espresso and at the same time delicious - I'm your fan :)

According to an advertisement on Instagram, I "came across" the Yellow Birds club. The tempting offer to purchase a subscription to the comprehensive anti-cellulite kick program includes 25 minutes of hardware massage + 50 minutes of manual anti-cellulite massage (classic, honey, herbal, vacuum to choose from).
Of course, I liked this offer and signed up for a trial session. The receptionist offered me convenient options for days and times to visit. She warned me to bring shorts, a T-shirt, and slippers. A towel, shower gel, and actually the shower itself were available at the club.
Arriving at the appointed time, the kind receptionist invited me to fill out a questionnaire. Most of the questions were focused on health and contraindications. After filling out the questionnaire, I was invited into the room. It was very small and stuffy. A guy came into the room after me, said "Take off your clothes" and left. I tried to ask that I should have a roller massage first, but I did not hear an answer (it seemed to me that the young man did not understand Russian well). Okay, I think there will probably be a roller massage after the manual massage. The masseur silently began to massage, without asking which of the types of massage offered by the administrator to do and about the contraindications indicated by me in the questionnaire. The massage itself took 40-50 minutes. At the end of the session, the masseur silently left the room. I asked after him: "Is that all"? - yes! - He replied. Not finding any napkins, let alone a shower, I dried myself with towels that the masseur was covering me with. Going up to the administrator, and asking where the promised roller massage was, she replied that I was signed up, but the roller machine was busy and if it wasn't for the girl who was supposed to come, I would have been offered to work out on it 🤷♀️ The receptionist had free time and she invited me to get acquainted with the device. The acquaintance took 40 seconds, after which the administrator left me with the words: "Oh, that's it, the girl came, I had to meet her."
I'm sorry, but who am I!? A friend who came to the club "for free" and decided to work out while no one is watching? It was, to put it mildly, unpleasant ((((.
I paid the full cost of 55 rubles. Although they promised me 75 minutes for that kind of money, not 50.
After such an attitude, there was no desire to apply for a subscription for 5 classes. I'm even afraid to imagine what the attitude will be with a newfound subscription, if such an attitude is at a trial session!🤷♀️

One of the disadvantages is the lack of parking. Sometimes it took quite a lot of time to find a parking space. A cramped locker room with injury-prone lockers)

I attended an institution with a Balinese Sunset certificate with a friend. Wonderful receptionist, pleasant, told and explained everything. I was upset that the massage was different for me and my friend.. they massaged only my back and legs, and my friend's whole body, both front and back. How is it?
Also, the room is very small in size, you don't know which corner to hide in so as not to interfere and sit comfortably. Mirrors help to visually enlarge the space, but damn it's too crowded. Perhaps a summer terrace in the warmer months will solve the problem.

Yesterday I was at the Yellow Birds on the program "The best version of myself". I really liked everything. The girls are responsive, friendly, and try to do everything for your convenience and comfort. She was skeptical about massage with bamboo rollers, but after trying it, she was satisfied (she works out the problem areas perfectly). As far as I understand, the whole body is included in the massage
, i.e. not only the shoulders, but the arms, hands, shins and feet (at least a little). The master's name was with the letter Yu, I don't remember the full name.
The atmosphere does not allow you to relax and have fun, as the wild screams of the coaches who practice right in the lobby are very confusing.
In general, there are more complaints about massage than about the organization, although this is also a big problem here.

It's a beautiful place. Friendly staff. I bought a subscription using a discount program, but it didn't affect anything at all. The attitude is straight wow - and they ask about your well-being during the procedure and offer water / oxygen cocktail and that it is convenient to take care of, and the time of the procedure is comfortable to change clothes and take a shower with a reserve. After a couple of hours, I studied their programs on Instagram and decided on a choice, but 2 days later a known illness made adjustments to my plans, and I did not get into the "birds". All that remained was to watch the achievements of other girls every day in stories. Recovering from the illness, I learned about the facial massage promotion. And I immediately decided that I would definitely go. 10 procedures of manual and hardware massage with a frequency of 1-2 days is what you need. Before the first and after the last massage, a photo is taken to see how the face has changed. The sensations after the massage are magical - the skin is smooth, silky, the cheeks decrease, the lips increase slightly, the chin tightens. And the most important thing is the mood that is given in the "birds". All the staff is attentive and smiling. And you absorb this positive like a sponge. I want to come back again and again. They also have a bar with delicious tea, coffee, oxygen cocktails and low-calorie sweets. Therefore, starting with the face, I will continue to correct the figure in the "Yellow Birds".
