It's good to be in Mahmutlar. There is a good shopping center on the ground floor - a lot of shops , there is a coffee shop, a small fountain. In general, Ekta builds great, but there are questions about this complex.

The company Yekta homes is smartly courted at the time of purchase, everything is perfect there, both promises and quality. But, after the purchase, the tenants and their household problems are not needed by anyone. In the Sunrise Gazipasa complex, the management company, in the form of an Act, does not respond to any of the requirements of the owners. The Turkish winter has shown that the quality of construction is low, the parking lot and the spa wall are cracked, there is no drainage, puddles are knee-deep everywhere, the playground is made of a material that crumbles into coal dust. The roads near the complex are blurred due to the fact that the pipes have broken tightness. As a result: the spa area is closed, the kapaji is temporary, the infrastructure of the complex is drowned in sewage, the parking building and the spa area are cracked. The management company does not get in touch, they take money for the IDAT, they do not issue a contract with the Criminal Code, even on demand.

No, no and no again!!! We came to see the apartment in the Yekta complex, I am a professional builder, we did not like the apartments, the quality of the building is low. They were recorded for viewing via WhatsApp via a personal phone number. Upon arrival home, endless calls from Yekta employees with various offers began. This Hell has been going on for TWO years!!! Yekta leaked my phone to other developers and I receive at least 5 spam calls a day!!! Avoid this company!!! I've already thought about changing the number, but I've been using it for many years and replacing it is problematic. An absolute DISGRACE to such a service!!!
