By the way, the money for the certification is debited from the card automatically, but due to the failure of the system, they withdrew 600 thousand instead of 175 thousand. The money also had to be returned through a single window, and for this you have to go there again and queue again. And by the way, when I sold the car a couple of times, both times I did not receive a certificate stating that I was not married. They promised that they would notify you via SMS. But that didn't happen. And I paid the fee both times.
