I stood near the window and waited for the seller to pay attention to me (I was on the phone), Made an order, and was told to wait 10-15 minutes. As a result, the waiting time was about 30 minutes. At the same time, the hot dog was cold, it felt like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator and not warmed up. The level of service leaves much to be desired. I won't buy anything else here.

We often pass through Kirovsk and really like to take the whole family with us on the road to eat. Shawarma is just super, really big, juicy and meaty🤤 Your cafe is very fond of, children love hot dogs and cakes, and of course French fries 😋🤤employees always take into account our wishes (for example, children do not like mustard, in a hot dog, they do not add it to us at the request) polite and only add good mood. they did not cook shawarma, they said there were no products, they asked to cook a hot dog, they said there were no rolls, all this was 5 minutes before closing, it is hard to believe that in such a popular institution they cannot calculate the daily allowance of products… Apparently, the worker is just too lazy to serve a respected client..

Half a year ago everything was fine! After the change of ownership, it became very bad . You order a shawarma like with meat and there's just one cabbage and even if it's not chopped, the meat is raw , the pita bread is not fried , ask for a spicy one , so they pour this pepper for no one knows how many, then they put two slices, chicken meat is not even skinned , they go for 20 minutes , they are distracted by their business ( conversations ) . It 's a terrible place!

I really liked shavukha, we took 2 with a special sauce, it's just huge, juicy, pita bread is thin, and the sauce is not liquid, which is the most important thing for me. The staff is friendly, everything was told, done quickly. Thank you, good luck to you.

This time I got a shawarma with coals instead of meat. Bitter and dry. They said on the phone that it just happened that way. However, they offered an exchange. But there is no desire to run and fix their joints. It would be easier if employees didn't initially treat consumers like pigs, hoping for a ride.
How much admiration there was from this place at the beginning of their work, and how much disappointment now.
It's everyone's business, but I don't recommend it.
