We recently stayed at YE’S Apart-Hotel Mitino and were very impressed with the excellent service provided by Ekaterina. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, friendly, and highly professional. The check-in process was quick and smooth—Ekaterina explained all the details about our stay, answered our questions, and accommodated our preferences for the room.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and very cozy. It had a modern design, a comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. We were pleasantly surprised to find towels, toiletries, and even a small selection of tea and coffee ready for us.
A special thanks to Ekaterina for her attentive and helpful attitude! She was always available to assist with any requests and made our stay truly enjoyable. With such outstanding service, we will definitely return. Highly recommended!

So, i checked in to this Hotel on October 19th 2024. It was my first time visiting Russia. I didnt know what to expect because I’m a child of “lesser God” (African decent).
Fast forward, i met a receptionist by the name Kira. She made me feel welcomed and her hospitality gesture created an enviroment of “Home sweet home!” What a beautiful soul. She made me feel welcomed to the the Hotel and Moscow at large. Despite the hotel being a budget place, the hospitality and ambience is top notch. This is definetly my “home” whenever i travel to Moscow. To Kira, keep up doing a fantastic work at the reception. Ahead looks brighter and better! #love #stay #home #ye’s Mitino
