I was in this chain of apartment hotels for the first time. I went on a two-week business trip.
What did you like:
1) Friendly and customer-oriented staff, willingness to help.
2) Pleasant lobby interior, cleanliness and minimalism of the room.
3) The location of the hotel is convenient: there are cafes, restaurants, fitness clubs and spas, PSC, banks, shopping malls nearby. There is a pretty botanical garden in front of the hotel. There is also a convenient general store on the ground floor of the hotel. If you forgot to buy something in your room on the way to the hotel, you can buy it at this store.
4) Cleaning every 3 days (!) at no extra charge: cleaning is included in the booking price.
5) Security on the floors for hotel residents thanks to a special system in the elevators: you can't go further than 4 floors without a room key.
6) Washing machine, dryer, iron and hair dryer in the room. It is very convenient considering the length of the trip.
What could be improved:
1) Communication of employees from different shifts: if the previous shift promised to help the residents with something, it would be nice to warn the next shift about it.
2) It would be nice, in the image of the availability of dishwashing gel, shampoo and shower gel, to include washing powder in the price for hotel residents, so as not to buy it after arrival. Or make this feature at least optional.
3) WIFI signal in the room. Sometimes the network was messed up and was unavailable for 30 minutes. On the day of departure, the Internet stopped working in the room at all, although late check-out was paid in advance. Unfortunately, the WIFI was never fixed before departure.
Overall, the impressions about the hotel were positive. Among the booking options in Astana, YES is, in my opinion, the best in its price category. I would have stayed here next time. I recommend.

The location is good, quite decent studio apartments, downstairs there are a couple of coffee shops, a bar, a restaurant and a shop.
Considering the distances in the city, you can walk ~ 20 minutes to the EXPO and the Mega shopping center (it seemed to us the most sensible in terms of shops) and about the same to the Baiterek monument.
It is important to take into account that on one side of the building the Windows overlook the Botanical Garden and in the evening there are beautiful sunsets, on the other side there is a construction site, it is advisable to specify where the windows go before settling in. Also, as far as I understood, some of the apartments are rented through the complex, and some are rented by the owners (we rented from the owners, but as I understood they are constantly there and can help if necessary, however, this was not useful to us).

Excellent location, near a beautiful park, at the bottom of the building there are many coffee shops, a restaurant, a kebab shop, a mini market with everything you need.
The public spaces are very clean, there is no noise in the apartments from the guests. Everyone greets each other, it's nice, But pay attention - there is an active construction site nearby, you can't sleep for a long time in the morning.
There is always a place to park the car, if not right at the entrance, then within walking distance of five minutes.

An excellent apartment hotel in the new town opposite the Botanical Garden. However, the hotel does not have its own restaurant, this is a minus. But there are several places to eat in the building and nearby. The new city is still under construction, so scaffolding and unfinished buildings will be found nearby. The Botanical garden is also still under construction, but it has a lot of coniferous trees, ponds and indoor greenhouses with succulents. The business center (Congress Center, etc.) can be reached on foot. Overall, I liked it.

The room is very rich, don't look at the standard. Everything is right on 5. There are a lot of cabinets, there is a stove / microwave / refrigerator / washing machine / every little thing like irons and ironers / dryers.
The bathroom also has everything for washing.
But there was no doormat to exit the shower stall.
Of the cons:
1. There is no subway, there is a construction site outside the window (noisy and dusty), in summer it will most likely be hell. The ventilation hood in the bathroom is really shallow, so even with the window open, there will be no draft in the room.
2. Breakfast costs 1100r, which is quite a lot by local standards. At the same time, it starts very late - at 7-30. Accordingly, a crowd is rushing to the opening, there is literally nowhere to sit. Breakfasts are served until 11, maybe there are places at this time, but who needs it at 11? In general, I went to breakfast at 8, looked at the crowded tables, turned around and left, there was no time to wait. This is the most serious disadvantage at the moment.
In general, if not in hot weather and if you do not hope to eat quietly in the morning in a cafe, then the place is great.

I had a room on the 6th floor, facing the courtyard. Among the advantages are a spacious room, good light (there are floor lamps, a separate light above the kitchen), clean linen, towels and a comfortable large bed. It's cool that there is a kitchen and you can make tea and coffee at any time. There is a coffee shop with delicious coffee on the ground floor of the apartment, and there are many cafes in the building itself and in other buildings nearby. Great location, everything is close enough. The room was generally clean. Among the disadvantages - there is a construction site in the yard, noise from 9 a.m. to 6-8 p.m., a car can arrive at night to take out construction debris with noise. And yet, one night someone drilled into the walls at one o'clock in the morning. Apparently, one of the owners. The reception searched for him for a long time, drilling stopped at about 2 a.m., but it started again at 7 a.m. Therefore, if you plan to live here, take earplugs. Overall, I'm happy, but I didn't get enough sleep.

The location is good, everything is interesting nearby, the airport is 20 minutes away. She lived on the 8th floor with Windows overlooking the Botanical Garden. In April, the view is so-so, but in summer it is certainly very beautiful there.

Awesome appart. I was satisfied. Clean, cozy, comfortable. There is everything you need. It was in winter - the room is warm and you can adjust the radiator to the desired temperature. Был в коммандировке 24-26 июня 2023. Выглядит все довольно опрятно, вид из окна шикарный, но спалось плохо. У меня были окна на парк (красиво). При этом в номере ужасно душно, когда открываю окно - сильный шум от дороги и от людей в кафе на улице.
Всю ночь гудел холодильник, не нашел где его вырубить. В итоге с воскресенья на пн спал виесто 5ти часов - 40 минут.
При заезде был грязный пол, местами липкий. На утро попросил на рецепшн его вымыть, не вымыли. Вечером написал в вотсап, пришла уборщица, помыла. Скорее всего до меня кто-то долго жил и после такого надо пол сос редством мыть, а тут протерли кое-как шваброй.
Если вы не привереда к спертому воздуху, грязному полу и шуму, вам будет ок.
Также я вначале забронировал номер через официальный сайт за 24000 тенге (со скидкой) на одну ночь. Пришел на утро продлевать, с меня требуют 33000 тенге.(оказывается у меня еще и доплата за вид). Я спрашиваю что с ценой, мне говорят, что цены динамические, извините. Это с воскр на пн). Я при них захожу на сайт апарт отеля и показываю что со скидкой мой номер у них стоит 26000 тенге (6000 за вид!). Говорю давайте простой за (20000 с учетом скидки) как я покупал изначально, мне говорят, чтогда я должен выехать и заехать через 2 часа. В итоге продлил свой за 26000. По факту сотрудники рецепшн дурят посетителей не моргнув. Мог вообще через букинг ком за столько же забронировать, только отель бы еще попадет на комиссию букингу, но девочек это не волнует.
В сб с меня туристический сбор взяли 600 тенге, а новые девочки в воскресенье взяли 700 тенге. Не понимаю двойные стандарты.

On the day of check-in, there were not enough keys in the hotel, we had to share one key for two, which is not very convenient.
Also, a broken chair was found upon arrival, it was quickly replaced
The room has an excellent shower, good pressure, and there are no complaints about the water temperature either
Clean, cozy, tidy. The kitchen in the room has a microwave oven, sink, refrigerator, dishes, I don't remember about the stove.
I will definitely stay there when I am in Astana

Однозначно рекомендую! Отличное местоположение! Чистота номеров! В номере есть все самое необходимое (кухня с варочной плитой и микроволнлвкой, стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная и сушильная доски. Единственное обратите внимание, что в ряде номеров нет кондиционера - это конечно , значительный минус для летнего проживания. Однозначно огромный плюс -то возможность оплатить картой российского Банка (в наше непростое время это очень важно)

Хороший аппарат-отель рядом с ботаническим садом и совсем недалеко от Экспо, а также до достопримечательностей. Рядом много кафе и магазинов.
Персонал приветливый.
Но есть несколько существенных недостатков - не всегда персонал вспоминает про уборку номера (раз в 3 дня) бывает, что нужно напоминать о своём присутствии, но после этого могут прийти убираться в воскресенье в 9 утра (что так же не оставляет хорошего впечатления); и ещё - номер с "большой кроватью", на практике оказывается номером с большим каркасом кровати, на котором лежит 2 "маленьких" матраса, в итоге по середине кровати образуется весьма жёсткое ребро.
Общее впечатление - отель не плохой для бизнес-поездок, есть все необходимое, но и есть куда стремиться и что улучшать

I really liked these apartments.
The coffee shop is downstairs, opposite the botanical garden.
It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the EXPO and Abu Dhabi Plaza at the same time.
Everything is within walking distance.
One minus is breakfast! We didn't really like the breakfasts, as there is not even freshly brewed coffee, only instant. But as they say, the taste and color.

Во первых вот эта схема с лифтами это очень неудобно,заехали компанией и не могли на разные этажи попасть,утром ребята проспали телефон не брали и мы не могли просто сходить и постучать,большущий минус,так же,унитаз в нашем номере по крайней мере установлен очень высоко ,при моем высоком росте было неудобно,так же нет Кондиционера это вообще дикость конечно,окно открываешь а там шумная стройка😔при заселении уточняйте эти моменты и все будет отлично

Великолепный современный апарт отель!!! Прекрасный номер, удобное расположение гостиницы, чудесный вид из окна, очень чисто. Комфортное оформление при заселении, девушка терпиливо и доброжелательное все оформила и объяснила. Только при выезде на ресепшене формальное отношение испортило впечатление. Проверку номера ждали бы, наверное, до сих пор))) Всё надо лично узнавать, даже при полном отсутствии других посетителей в холле. Персонал недостаточно квалифицирован оказался в этот день.

Все понравилось! В номерах есть все необходимое, все работает, чисто. Персонал на просьбы реагирует молниеносно. Принимают российские карты к оплате.
На 1 этаже есть магазин, кофейня. Расположение удачное, рядом ботанический сад, экспо, тц silkway.
Рядом идет стройка, у нас окна выходили на нее, шумят днем, вечерами и ночью тихо. В принципе не напрягало.
Вай фай свой на каждый номер, качественное стабильное соединение.
Предупреждали, что могут быть перебои с водой, но у нас на 18 этаже всегда была вода, в любое время суток и с нормальным напором.
Мы остались довольны. Спасибо ❤️

Отличный отель, скорее апартаменты, если едешь не один или с семьей. В двухкомнатном номере есть приличная кухня на которой можно соорудить завтрак своими руками (или жены😀), но приборы и посуда есть. Из бытовой техники есть плита, холодильник, свч, фен и даже стиралка, но так и не пригодилась. Мебель в очень приличном состоянии, практически всё новое. Отсутствие кондиционера, его там похоже нигде нет, не сильно напрягло при дневной температуре более +30. Но окна выходили в противоположную сторону от БотСада и солнце было только утром, поэтому духоты не было. Да, окна выходили прям на стройку, пока там были построили целый этаж старательные строители. При открытом окне было шумновато, работают от рассвета до заката, но в то же время посмотреть на процесс стройки с высоты интересно. В целом рекомендую, может кто пока соберется стройка уже закончится и шум будет только от ресторана внизу. Расположение удобное, до центра, до спорткомплексов и торговых центров одна остановка на такси или 10-20 мин (цены приемлемые) и работает Яндекс такси и оплата легко проходит прям в приложении с российской карты. Рядом есть обменники для гостей из России, несмотря, что российские карты нигде не принимают для оплаты - гостиницу картой МИР можно оплатить, а также недалеко есть банкомат ВТБ, в котором можно снять Тенге с российских карт, но курс хуже обменника на примерно 10%.

Отличное расположение, удобная парковка, вежливый и приветливый персонал. Номера чистые, уборка один раз в три дня. В здании находится кофейня где можно вкусно позавтракать. Вид из окна на ботанический сад не вызывает особого восторга, особенно зимой. Не смотря на высокий этаж, в апартаментах слышны звуки с улицы. Особенно понравилось, что в апартаментах очень тепло, даже когда на улице -30 приходилось убавлять отопление, потому что было очень жарко, а открывать окна чтобы проветрить невозможно, с улицы очень сильно тянет грязным воздухом.

From the bad:
- well, it's VERY dirty already upon check-in, dirty floor and other people's hair everywhere, plus cleaning every three days, starting from the fourth day after check-in
- drinking water was also left only at check-in
- it is impossible to add to the WhatsApp chat to clarify the issue of booking or delivery
- in the cold of -30, the window is blown through and ice appears on the inside of the window. It's scary to touch a loose window handle at all.
in general, everything is OK and convenient, but as if I would like to see the apartments cleaner and in better condition for this money.

Overall a great place. I was in Moscow, St. Petersburg and now Astana. It's great that you come to another city and everywhere you know what the service will be (at least approximately). But on Yes itself-it is in Astana that there are questions. The first is of course a construction site and 16 hours of piling outside the window. The construction is going on at night, what the guys have in the rooms with access to the courtyard or to the construction site - I'm even afraid to imagine. The second point (maybe I got it that way) is the cardboard walls in the room. People are drinking at night, there is a construction site during the day. As a result, there is simply no "window" to sleep. The third point is the rejection of a late "check-out". Several times I came up with a refusal. Apartment loading type. But guys, this is a global practice - and such services should be provided. And okay at 12 eviction - make lobi normal, not 2.5 sofas, which are occupied all the time. Well, absolutely - to offer to go to a cafe, where all the places are also always occupied. Well, at least there is a storage room where you can drop off a suitcase, but even then - it's the client himself who asks, and not the employees offer him. Well, the fact that the Internet is cut off with the delivery of the room - even the Turks do not do this in the very Dushman hotel of Antalya. I don't want to comment on this at all. And a joke, I never got to the paid tomorrow =) 2 days in the morning I ran away early for meetings, and on the 3rd I wanted to sleep so much before departure, and the neighbors drank and screamed all night. Not before breakfast. Otherwise, it is a familiar place, for reasonable money.
