On our wedding anniversary, we bought a large bouquet of roses at the Rosamarket (Yatsvety) in the Promenade M. East. My husband brought them home in 15 minutes by car, it was 1.5 degrees below zero outside, the flowers were in a package. I was amazed that the petals were in them without a drop of elasticity, like rags. In the morning, 8 roses had buds hanging down, it was expected. The others supported each other in a tight bouquet. The sellers did a great job..
I wrote to the store early in the morning. I expected the store to replace the bouquet. The amount is over 100 rubles. They didn't answer us for a day and then they sent us, referring to the law. No one has ever offended us like this in our lives. I never write bad reviews, but I couldn't help myself here. I tried to save them as best I could, but it's no use if they put most of the flowers in the bouquet, which can no longer be resuscitated.

I needed an original, cute bouquet. The site offered a wide selection, reasonable prices, and design design. After a long study of the options, the choice was made on several bouquets, as I realized that they could hardly offer literally everything that is presented on the site. But already when ordering, it turned out that even of these several, nothing can be ordered. Sometimes it's not there, then it's the wrong color, then it's not the season for something. Then maybe it's worth editing the site somehow for what can be done?? Okay... As a result, after a few more attempts, I somehow ordered something. I arrived at the store after the appointed time. I was already late for the event. But in the store, out of the three girls present, none of them had time to give me a bouquet... They were busy making other orders... As a result, I had to just stand there for 20 minutes and wait for someone to give me 2 minutes. But I waited... They handed over a bouquet. With a look like, "here you go and get out of here."..

After all, you will not be able to refuse the bouquet, since it is sent by minibus. And you will be assured that they are fresh.
But the manager, after seeing the photo, agreed that the flowers were not marketable and the question of solving this situation was redirected to the "director", communication with whom is conducted only through Viber, does not answer the call, only conducts correspondence and assures that it is the director, although in my opinion this is the same manager who agrees with a non-quality product and at the same time redirects to the person's profile to solve this situation. As a result, the mood is spoiled, the flowers have just pleased the trash can. And there was no decision from the directorate.
Not only were they deceived, they also tried to make a fool of me. We ordered two bouquets of roses 25 and 17 roses 75-80 cm, paid, brought, I see, some small ones, measured for the sake of interest, turned out to be 64. And some of the roses are broken and they tried to connect them with tape and a paper clip. Moreover, all the roses are different, it feels like they were collecting leftovers. I called, and instead of apologizing, they said that the roses were pruned during delivery (imagine, as much as 15 cm as if), that they were measured wrong, that it was not scotch, but "a cellophane was accidentally nailed.".. Etc.. in general, it is unpleasant, the quality of services is at the bottom. I advise you to think a million times before ordering flowers there, and it's better not to order there at all!
My husband ordered flower delivery from this company. The courier brought the bouquet in terrible condition. That's really what I've never seen, the roses are wrapped as they come in a bunch in a cellophane and they're not just rotten or tired, they're dried up to rusty leaves and the only thing that blooms in these roses is mold!!!!! I swear to you, I've never seen anything like this!!! There are bouquets with mold! I was shocked and didn't even think to take a picture of this beauty, I called the consultant's girlfriend ( in a green suit) and I ask , excuse me , but is there no mold ? To which they say that this is all that is, roughly speaking, take what they give it is Belarusian ....
