The garden is spacious, bright, functionally filled with all necessary equipment. A friendly team of educators and management. Tactfully polite attitude towards children. I've never even accidentally heard screams at children. My children have not visited this garden, but as seen from the outside, it is a positive place. And I think this is largely due to competent management, which maintains a comfortable psychological climate in the team.

If I had known what was waiting for us in this garden, I would never have given it to him!!!!
It was very impressive that the garden is new, modern, next to the house , beautiful territory .but! As practice has shown, there are more minuses in it than pluses: good caregivers and caregivers' assistants run away, there are amoebas who do not need anything just to leave!And children suffer from this, in particular, our group has a third year - the third tutor, I am generally silent about the substitutes, i.e. we have an endless adaptation process!!! The child categorically does not want to go to kindergarten! Professionals who put their hearts into children and really work with them, just survive with the leadership!!!!! Physical education for children several times a year, because then on courses, then on sick leave ! Endless money extortion!!! Communicating with parents whose children attend other kindergartens, there is something to compare with! Even the fight of the dishes , in which neither the children nor the parents are to blame , are forced to compensate ! Toys for the group and for the street, stationery, hygiene products, even toilet seats - parents buy EVERYTHING! The area around the garden is decorated, but in groups everything is done again by parents and caregivers! They still do not allow attendance at matinees, although the ban has long been lifted at the state level! But this garden is a separate state headed by the head, who is not interested at all in creating comfortable conditions for work and, accordingly, the stay of pupils!
If you have the opportunity, then think 1000 times !!
