I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel administrator Nadezhda for her high professionalism, excellent recreation organization, and sensitive attitude towards guests. Abkhazia is rightfully called the country of the soul, and I can also say with full confidence that Hope is the soul of the hotel. She manages everything: to greet guests cordially, surround them with care and attention, promptly and efficiently resolve issues that arise, keep order and much, much more!
