The location and atmosphere set high expectations for this place, but unfortunately management and service were horrible. We requested to sit outside, and the management had 0 flexibility with moving us there on time. We waited for more than 1 hour and 40 minutes, even though a lot of tables got vacant and occupied over time. Her explanation was that she intended one specific table for us to move to once it became vacant as well. In the meantime, when we asked our server for updates on this, he said “oooh you should ask the girl, I don’t want any conflicts”. I am not sure what that even meant. After we sat, the 3 tables around us who had also just sat down, were served with menus and plates, but we had to wait and eventually ask for a menu. The server who was helping us out, brought the food and disappeared. It was extremely hard to find a server to ask for something and when we did eventually, he didn’t bring us the dessert menu. We had to ask someone else again. The only reason we stayed there was because it was our last stop before our flight and didn’t make any other plans. I do feel that for a place like this with high reputation, they really should pay extra attention to how the management and service people deal with customers.
Very good service for affordable price. Dishes are tasty, fish was perfect. You can go outside take a look at Sevan, wet your legs (it's cold right now). Servants are polite and quick. There are a good environment and atmosphere.
