Unfortunately, a very negative aftertaste remained. I signed up for Chinese language courses. At first everything was fine, but for personal reasons I had to switch to an online format. Since then (I'm writing at the end of February, I switched online in October) 1 lesson has been online, 6 have been paid.... When I asked for a refund, they told me that they were "providing a service" and had replaced the teacher, who also did not get in touch. Management considers this to be "providing a service." It's a pity, of course.
I went to an introductory lesson in Chinese. The teacher explained the basics of this "complex" language in an accessible way. The main thing is to have a little imagination, memory and a little more time. And you can easily master one of the oldest languages.
In general, I want to say that I liked it. We came for an excursion. Here you can rather look in perspective. There are several disadvantages.
1. There is no separate location with a decorated photo zone. There is not enough table in the entrance area for any master class.
2. It is not necessary to unite groups of different ages for a master class. What is interesting to some is far from others.
3. I would like more atmosphere. Music, smells, feelings of China.
But the work of the guide can be appreciated well. It was obvious that the man liked his work

We attended a tea master class, we liked everything: the tea was quite tasty, a pleasant girl told us about the correct tea brewing technique. In addition to the tea ceremony, you can learn Chinese through the courses.
