15.11 We ordered a car rental in Dubai for one day in the application - November 16. We wanted to take advantage of the weekend and go out of town, but we couldn't get the service. The rental was confirmed in the application
and the prepayment was written off, but the car was not handed over at the appointed time. No one contacted us. We wrote to the mail and the what's app number ourselves. The whats app number was answered 3 hours after the first message. A certain Nina introduced herself as a support employee, assured with a template phrase that she would help. And she asked if anyone had contacted us, and when we answered "no" she was silent for 2 hours. And two hours later, she asked another question, "did you leave a phone number in the order?" and disappeared again. The result of the first day is that there is no money and no car, and there is no certainty that there is any kind of service. To be honest, this kind of service is somewhat shocking. This was definitely not expected from Yandex. We really hope that the company will respond and either refund the money or provide a car.

The worst car booking service!!!
Please read the latest reviews before booking a car, THEY ARE REALLY RELEVANT!!!!
I booked a car on 22.04 for 23.04.2025. I uploaded all the photos that were required when booking, paid the perdopayment. After 4 hours, they wrote to me that they couldn't provide a car because they didn't have an ID card, an international driver's license.
I asked for a refund of the prepayment, but no))
They just disappeared, and then 3 days later they replied that I had asked for a refund of the prepayment and canceled the reservation in less than 48 hours.
Why they confirmed my booking without this document is very strange!!!

So far, only negative emotions! I booked a car in the app, uploaded the documents, made an advance payment for the reservation and hoped that I would receive a car at the appointed time. But no, no one got in touch! Of course, I did not receive the car, I wrote to support, but even there the wait dragged on. As a result, the support is silent, there is no car, there is no money and a trip out of town for the weekend was disrupted.

The car was ordered at 9 a.m. for two days. Of course, there was no car at the appointed time. Support did not respond at first, then they said that the car would be after 13:00 for unknown reasons. They respond with inappropriate words, such as "God alone knows why this happened." I never advise anyone to contact here about renting a car
