The whats app number was answered 3 hours after the first message. A certain Nina introduced herself as a support employee, assured with a template phrase that she would help. And she asked if anyone had contacted us, and when we answered "no" she was silent for 2 hours. And two hours later, she asked another question, "did you leave a phone number in the order?" and disappeared again. The result of the first day is that there is no money and no car, and there is no certainty that there is any kind of service. To be honest, this kind of service is somewhat shocking. This was definitely not expected from Yandex. We really hope that the company will respond and either refund the money or provide a car.

I booked a car on 22.04 for 23.04.2025. I uploaded all the photos that were required when booking, paid the perdopayment. After 4 hours, they wrote to me that they couldn't provide a car because they didn't have an ID card, an international driver's license.
I asked for a refund of the prepayment, but no))
They just disappeared, and then 3 days later they replied that I had asked for a refund of the prepayment and canceled the reservation in less than 48 hours.
