We booked for Booking in advance, chose the location and, of course, the condition of the room and service. Unfortunately, this hotel is a complete disappointment.
There was an early check-in (free) this is the only advantage. When booking, they made a note for a room with one large bed, but there are NONE in this hotel, at most two rickety desks can move you.
Next: the hotel is old, it was renovated in March, we woke up to the noise. The beds are terrible, the old spring mattresses, all the springs dig into the body, it is impossible to sleep, the bed itself is narrow, as uncomfortable as possible.
There is a bathroom, in the corner there is a shower with a curtain, which is shorter and does not reach the floor, respectively, its semantic load is lost, after bathing on the floor there is a flood. The only accessories are soap and shower gel.
Spartan breakfasts, yoghurts, bread, scrambled eggs.
We booked for two days, lived for one day, and found a much better option in all respects.

A cozy and clean hotel, the staff is very pleasant and hospitable! Breakfast - sliced cheeses/sausages, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, sweets, bread, nuts, juice, water, alternate eggs/scrambled eggs, hercules/delicious pastries. Instant coffee, tea bags.
The location of the hotel is excellent, there is a very beautiful boulevard nearby, but you can't hear the noise from it, nothing prevents you from sleeping.
The room has air conditioning, also works quietly.
In the bathroom, soap and shampoo are among the hygiene items.
They don't clean every day, but no one forbids asking to do the cleaning if necessary.

The hotel is fine for a couple of days, for a long stay it is not very good, since the room was noisy from behind the windows, any conversation on the street could be heard perfectly, the room smelled like after disinfection, the sockets did not work, the receptionist was polite, the room was never cleaned, they asked to vacate the room even though I did not I stayed for two days, paid for two days, released after one and a half 🥲, the administrator explained this by saying that in each hotel you check in at 14:00, and check out at 12:00 on the last day 🥲, in general, a solid four is not bad, but yes, I forgot breakfast is not bad either 👌

The location of the hotel is 5 plus, it is located in a beautiful place, a beautiful green boulevard, it is very convenient to get to any point of the city. The hotel is in an old building, colorful. The owners are caring, solve any problems. I recommend the second floor, and the view is beautiful, of the Mövenpick Samarkand Hotel and the boulevard.

The Yangi Sharq Hotel is located on the central street, on University Boulevard, in the heart of Samarkand, within walking distance from the famous monuments of Registan Square and the Gur Emir Mausoleum. I recommend booking on the second floor, it's much better there.

The location of the hotel is 5+, it is very convenient to get to any point of the city. This is generally his only advantage.
The hotel itself, of course, leaves much to be desired, the rooms are very cold, I had to "drive" the heater for days, and this is when it's more than 30 ° outside, it's noisy, the wooden windows vibrate from passing cars. The renovation at the hotel was obviously done a long time ago, carpets on the floor have absorbed a lot of unpleasant odors and dirt. The room has never been cleaned during the entire stay. We had breakfast at the hotel once, the breakfasts were disgusting, so then we went for breakfast to the wonderful confectionery "Chocolate", it is located 150 m from the hotel.
The water pressure is low, hot water transfers cold water, which is quite uncomfortable while washing.

You can stay for 1-2 nights. But if you came to Samarkand to see the city and spend a few days, then it makes sense to choose another option.
Even in the most expensive SUITE, by "lucky chance" the air conditioner did not work, while it beeped all night, as if trying to turn on. Accordingly, there was no sleep.
The only mirror in the room is in the bathroom (this is in the suite). The only cosmetics in the bathroom are soap and shampoo. At the same time, the level of cosmetics in the suite does not differ at all from the standard room.
Breakfast is quite meager by Russian and European standards. I stayed here twice. The first time was because there was a hotel on the way. The second time, because there were no other hotels in the area with available rooms.

It's a disgusting place, it's a place for drunks and homeless people.
The staff is disgusting, rude boors.
It was very noisy in the room, they asked for another room, the man with glasses was rude and sent us to go to another hotel.
The room stinks a lot, they said they would give disposable towels and there were dirty reusable towels in the bathroom. There was a strong wind from the window, it was cold in the room. The beds are very hard, not comfortable, you're lying on springs, they asked you to make something softer and they refused and said that's all there is. The sheets were dirty, stained, smeared with lipsticks. They left their things and politely asked to change the sheet on the beds and went for a walk around the city, when they returned, they did not change anything in the rooms, they just sprayed freshener on the sheet. They called a rude man with glasses, he came and looked and made sure that everything was dirty, and called the cleaner, she looked at the stain and started saying that it was all clean, yelled at us and left. The cost for a family with 2 + 2 children is more than $ 120, the price and the service comfort of the convenience do not correspond to each other. If you are a homeless person or a person of easy behavior with a lot of money, disrespecting yourself and looking for lice on your head, germs on your body is a rotting institution that is for you!

A bad hotel. I booked by phone for two days, made an advance payment, upon arrival it turned out that my room was sold to someone else and I can only stay for one night. The door is closed at 10 o'clock, to get inside, you have to wait 10 minutes under the door and watch the dissatisfied look of a sleepy employee. The bathroom is in a disgusting state, the sound of forced extraction inclines to suicide. A dead bed with protruding springs. The convenient location is the only thing that can attract this place.
