Today, on 01/13/2025, I was planning to enjoy lunch alone at 2 p.m., but Yandex.Food ruined my day. The order was paid for, but the food was never delivered. After my numerous messages, they replied 40 minutes later that they had allegedly issued a refund to the card, but did not provide the transaction number.
Considering that this is not the first time that an order has been canceled inside the application and the money has not been returned, I am sure that the funds will be "lost" again. Such an attitude towards customers is unacceptable! Instead of solving the problem quickly and transparently, the service simply makes you waste time and nerves.
I'm very disappointed. I hope other users will consider this negative experience before using this app.
I will never use Yandex services again. Regular couriers who say that they delivered the food, although I did not receive anything, do not want to refund the money, the scooter generally charges extra money and does not return 500 tenge for the reservation, there is not even a call center to resolve all issues. I don't even understand how they still function, no more yandex taxi, yandex food, yandex scooter, and yandex maps. I completely reject you because I am fed up with your actions.
It's a small issue that can be solved with a couple of clicks, i.e. it's ELEMENTARY, but the support guys can't - they've been thinking for several nights and days! And the result is ZERO! But a 1-star rating is an unjustifiably high score.
An email to the service? - it's a rotten number, but the call? "it's even worse.
