I liked everything, it was clean, cozy, delicious breakfasts. I would especially like to note the professionalism of the Rose administrator, I ask the owner to encourage such a valuable employee. We were in Armenia on business from Moscow. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The price is adequate. We were in the family room. Thank you very much.

a very cozy place. for a small price, a good view of the city, free breakfast and a good location. the staff is caring and attentive. please note that it is located on a mountain, so it is better to order a taxi if there are a lot of suitcases

A good budget hotel, where it is fashionable to come at any time of the day. All issues are resolved quickly, breakfast was brought, although we did not pay for it in advance. A warm, inexpensive place. It also has a beautiful view.
