We came here because of the thermal water, but it is not clear if there is any🤭

It's a terrible hotel. Neither the reception is doing a proper job, nor are the other units. Isn't there a manager in a hotel during the daytime? The elevators are defective, the indoor pool, the hammam, everything is closed, even the air conditioning in the room is defective. The food is mediocre. Don't waste your money here

The hotel was like an abandoned castle , it's very difficult to find employees at the hotel, and the reception desk wasn't even answering the phone, the air conditioner wasn't heating, the thermal part was very outdated, obviously, it was in disrepair.
