When I arrived at the workshop, I was greeted by a polite foreman who listened attentively to my shoe problems. The suede elements on the back were torn and the sole came apart. The master offered several repair options.
The repair was supposed to take a week, but a couple of days before the deadline, I received a call and was warned that they were delayed for a couple of days, and also apologized.
As a result, the boots look like new — the sole is qualitatively repaired, the suede elements are perfectly stitched.
The repair price is very pleasant, which was a great bonus. In other workshops, I was told the price was twice as high. Customer orientation is on top, so I recommend it!
