We came from Minsk to take a walk in Brest. The choice fell on this institution, we ordered a lot of different takeaway rolls. What I want to say, to say that I am absolutely delighted, is to say nothing! Fresh, delicious, beautiful and simply incomparable rolls!!!! To the director who opened the institution and monitors the quality, a huge thank you and a low bow! I have never tasted as good as yours in any restaurant in Minsk!!! Your chefs make insanely delicious masterpieces with their own hands! I really ask the authorities to encourage the employees 🙏🏼 next time I will come and check it out))) The receptionist is so polite, tactful, just beautiful! She should definitely be encouraged too! Thanks to your institution, our trip to Brest took place with a bang! Thank you so much, it would be very cool if you found an opportunity to open in Minsk! I would be the first in line always. I would like to see baked rolls and a regular paper menu in the future. I was surprised by the presence of bell pepper in the rolls, and the chicken wok was also very salty. The rolls themselves were delicious, with pleasant Philadelphia cheese.

The price justifies the quality! The guys are great! They are courteous, attentive, and friendly. They cook very tasty! We did not visit this institution for a long time. We ordered it for the first time. We ordered a black set.
I REALLY liked the rolls. They are very tasty, a lot of fish and other "fillings", not just rice, by the way, rice is also good. The rolls themselves are large, unusual combinations (I really liked the rolls with kiwi and pineapple).
In general, the rolls are straight 10/10.

It is packed very well, not plastic containers in which everything is crumpled, but good boxes.
There was also a gift for the order - juice.
The delivery was about 1.5 hours.
There are some minor disadvantages.
The operator did not call back to confirm the order and inform the delivery time. Half an hour after the order, he called himself.
I left a comment on the order that the intercom was not working and that I should call the phone on arrival, but apparently they did not see it and the outraged courier called to say that I was not answering the intercom)))
There is not enough choice of persons when ordering (you can choose only the number of sticks when ordering) we chose 3 sets of shelves, and we brought sauces for two, but at least we had our own sauce, but it would not be enough.
I will definitely order more and recommend this place and hope that the service will improve and next time I will correct the rating by 5! But objectively, there are 4 so far, since they are not the cheapest, so the service must also match

Service 4. Large portions, but absolutely tasteless. They're kind of bland. Ginger seems to have been pickled in alcohol itself. I usually eat ginger completely, but here I couldn't even take it in my mouth. Wasabi absolutely does not break through. Soy sauce is diluted with water. There is no taste at all. Bland huge rolls, watery soy sauce and alcoholic ginger. An eerie combination. We won't be coming back here anymore.
I've eaten sushi a lot of places. I traveled all over Moscow and the region, but I haven't eaten such terrible sushi in a long time.And by the way, there are very few seats. The first thing that caught my eye at the entrance was the nails that were used to nail all sorts of panels to the wall. You can see them. Maybe the owner of the establishment was a woman who saved on design herself and made bamboo sticks like this. The feeling from the establishment that you have been saved. It's not pleasant.

I ordered a baked set, liked it, delicious. But there are two Buts! First: not cropped buttocks, it looks very aesthetically pleasing. And secondly, the rolls themselves are just gigantic barely fit into your mouth, you can do 30 percent less.

We ordered it a couple of times, and each time it was unsuccessful.
Then the rice was half-cooked, then the onion husk came across in the rolls, apparently the table was not very clean where the roll was laid out, then the hair. I definitely do not advise ordering in the morning, they either have yesterday's rice, or they are simply not ready to the end. Coffee (cappuccino) was ordered on the spot, there was a feeling that used milk, well, there was no inviting foam on the coffee. I don't recommend it. Tom Yam is passable, but not the best in town... I can't say anything about other dishes. Rumor has it that they are in demand among the people, maybe I'm just unlucky to be in this place)

Cons:
1 - about 5 short hairs were caught (one of them is in the photo)
2 - they cheat: when you enter ‘sushi prime’ in Google, their advertisement pops up with the first link. We wanted to order sushi prime and didn't see that another site had opened (photo attached)
Pros:
In principle, the sushi is not bad, but the sediment remained from the fact that we wanted sushi prime and they intentionally mislead with their unfair advertising. And hair, of course.
