The rooms are clean and pleasant. Beautiful pool, kitchen. Not a very good location, it's a long walk to the beach. The nearest store is a 5-minute walk away, there is also a small fruit stand

The boss is a great man. The maids are not very good, they turn on a video call with their husbands, you can get into the frame🙈invasion of personal space Swimming pool, air conditioning, dishes, stove, towels, everything is there.

A quiet, cozy place, a "family" atmosphere, good WiFi, a full range of high-quality services right at the hotel, and literally walking distance to the main "+" areas: the beach, seafood cafes, night bars, rental, gym, "viewpoint". Although, of course, it's a long way on foot. The rooms are spacious, in a colonial style, everything is inside, from the TV to the dishes, the staff is friendly and conscientious, the hotel restaurant is quite cheap and delicious.

Well, damn, it feels like everyone rented a hotel room but didn't live... My family and I were embarrassed by the unpleasant smell of sewage from the first minutes of arrival. Moreover, we moved to this hotel from Baan Krating, there is a jungle there, we decided to stay in Yanui for a week. Rashly, of course, they paid the entire term, otherwise they would have moved out on the second day. So, the staff avoids asking for "aromas", referring to the smell from the neighboring wasteland behind the fence where cows and cattle are taken. But in fact it turned out that there is a regional garbage dump behind the fence, the heat, draining from the hotel laundry into the stormwater drain on the hotel territory adds "yeast" to the sewage and regardless of time and wind, the "aroma" is terrible. The laundress dries the linen and towels here- they naturally also begin to flavor ..... the final touch is a semi-blocked sewer, I apologize for the piquancy, when you wash it off, and then it turns out that the neighbor will wash it off ... then you either have a gurgling in the toilet or...it pops up, the local Thai plumber, judging by the set of tools, is with him, already in the topic of problems. Well, the finish line is the cats! There are a lot of them here, so many that there are ads on all the rooms that cats should not be fed! But cats scream every night, wake up and mark everything they like (doors, corners, forgotten things) The owner of the hotel today, in an attempt to solve the problem, brought two Rottweilers, so they dispersed the cats and climbed into the pool, yes, the fact that in the advertisement in the photo where you plan to swim yourself or with the kids, it's complete .... In general, the hotel is terrible at least in this check-in and in this neglected state. All reviews about him on booking and travel are "guile". Oh, by the way, we lived in room 4c, well, this is kind of the best, with a kitchen and a view.... Bottom line- I do not recommend it

Great hotel! I rested here for 2 weeks. Take a scooter right away, because not everyone can cover the distance to the beaches and markets on foot.
