Terrible service and undying attitude!
I bought a puzzle in the store, which lacked one detail. I say this with absolute certainty, because I am very attentive to details and know for sure that I have not lost it. One missing detail means that the entire puzzle is unusable!
I wrote about this problem to the official page of the store, where I was told to return the puzzle to the branch where I bought it. I lost time, delivered, was told that they would contact the manager. Then the manager called me himself and said, " I didn't know you bought a puzzle in early March.“ How would he know if he didn't even ask me?!
It is important that the store understands-it takes time to assemble the puzzle! This is not an hour-long process, especially for someone who has a lot to do.
I didn't change the puzzle. This store absolutely does not care about the customer. I'm not going to go back there. I am very disappointed and angry!
