We have been staying at this hotel since 12/18/14. We liked everything, the food is excellent, the territory is well maintained, the water park has heated pools. The staff is all smiling, joking with you, and trying to make you like it. There are 2 beaches to choose from, sandy and coral. We liked the second one better, but we have teenage children, and it's better to go to the sand with the kids. It takes 20 minutes to drive, well, we knew that, so the price of the hotel is lower than on the first line by the sea. But with the money we saved, we rested for 12 days, not 7 days as we had planned at first. A minibus passes by the hotel for 0.2 $, often used independently. We went to Fixprice. You can also walk to the Naama Bay boardwalk. Everything is nearby, there is a lot of free time, go for a walk. I would love to go to this hotel again, but in a warmer time.

We stayed at this hotel in February 2025. The territory of the hotel is large and very beautiful, there are many pools, its own water park. The children's pool was cold, the others were slightly warmer. That's where all the good things end. The rooms are very dirty and old. The bed linen is covered in hair and stains, towels are also stained and it is not possible to wipe them with mutton. The rooms have not been dusted or floored in a week, and the floor has only been wiped in the shower. We went and swore at the reception to change the bed linen. The numbers are creepy. The food wasn't very good either, every time I had to ask for another piece of meat to take to the child, I felt like a beggar. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel. Pulls on 3.

We checked in without extra money at exactly 14, but the bracelet was put on immediately upon arrival (around 11). The area was large, the room was quiet, overlooking the pool. The food is good, there are various meats, fruits and vegetables, the fish day is not great, although there is always fish on the menu. Cleaning every day in the room, there is everything you need. Bed linen was changed every three days, towels every two days. Water is 2 liters per person every day. The staff is friendly and always happy to help. The territory of the hotel is large, there are many pools, slides for children. I saw the animators in the evening, but we also had a rest without children. I recommend it, but it's really a four-star hotel for Egypt.
