A terrible apartment complex, a man in a word. The developer did not think about parking, although it was possible to make an underground parking lot and still make money on it. The quadrature is small, the layout is terrible, you will want to order a taxi, it will not arrive at the entrance and you need to look for a common road where you can park.The playground is very badly implemented. In general, there was a former parking lot of the block and a house was built there.

We lived both in a dormitory and in one large parking lot. The developer is terrible, I don't recommend it. The layout is terrible, the apartments are small and not thought out, there is practically no courtyard, there is no place to put the car. We got rid of the apartment in this residential complex.
