We didn't wait for the waiter, we went to get the menu ourselves. The waiter came up and said that you can't sit where we are sitting. We asked about the next table, the waiter said that it was also forbidden there and left. The girl at the other table suggested that the part of the second floor where we sat down belongs to the dining room of the hotel next door, so these tables cannot be occupied. We went downstairs and found a place for ourselves again.
We ordered borscht and potatoes with quail. The borscht was brought barely orange in color, without any hint of red. Beetroot was not visible in the soup at all.
The waiter said that there was no mistake with the dish, beetroot is present in the soup, that the cook cooks like that.
I am not a cook, but it is obvious that the technology of cooking borscht is broken: beetroot is either missing, or it was put a little or undercooked.
When serving potatoes with quail, the waiter carelessly placed the dish, some of the food spilled onto the table. The waiter did not even remove it from the table and did not wipe the table.
P.S. the toilet is shared, paper and towels were missing.
We visited the first days of rest. It's delicious, but there are a lot of joints. Pancakes with mold were brought for breakfast, for two days in a row, for the second time they forgot to add cream to julienne. We ordered a boat several times, the last time we didn't finish it, the waitress proved that this was the norm. "Finished", and not redone, it turned out so-so, for that two eggs, one half-cooked, the second raw, as it should be.
The kebab was always delicious.
The kitchen is open until 22:00. We arrived half an hour before the kitchen closed, received our order, were satisfied with the food, but not particularly with the situation. We had some kind of showdown between the staff, calculations, recalculations and other fuss, which the guests who came to the cafe should not see.
It seems that this cafe also works as a dining room, but we were not in the dining room.
Vegetables are not washed in the salad, and even the tomato was with pronounced rot! They forgot to bring French fries immediately when they were ready, they brought them cold and already limp! They asked not to put greens in the dishes, twice they focused the waiter's attention on this, as a result, all dishes with greens! The dishes for four were not brought at the usual time, and the trout was brought at all only 20 minutes after all the other dishes were eaten! They refused a discount, they don't do that! The food tastes far from ideal! I wonder where they have good reviews from!? Even if they don't wash the vegetables in the salad!!!

In this dining room, I managed to order a barbecue on the grill :)) They came to pick you up at a certain time. We ran into a waitress in the doorway of the dining room, who was carrying a bag with our order. Where to? Probably to the barbecue, which is located opposite in a nice carriage. When the waitress saw us, she was happy to hand us our order. When we came home, we realized that their barbecue is cooked in a regular oven, and not on the grill. A good kitchen, a khachapuri boat with an egg is baked in front of you, and not like in other dreams, the finished one is heated in the microwave. 10% for the service is immediately enabled by default, the portions are normal, it differs from the rest in purity.
We had a family vacation and ate here all the time, delicious and everything is fresh. You don't have to worry about the children, they bring everything fresh every morning.

One of the best cafes in Pitsunda. The cuisine is both local and European. The dishes are large and very tasty. Prices were initially stumped. A glass of good wine is 60 rubles a glass. Trout in foil 300 rubles. I highly recommend you to be in Pitsunda.

The food is not the best, but it is quite edible (it can be much worse).
There is a toilet, which is important for catering establishments.
There are 8 tables. During rush hour (lunch, dinner) there may be no available seats.
It's a bad place. The order was waited for about 40 minutes! We ordered a salad, a boat with an egg and julienne. The salad was made of rotten vegetables, and the boat was not baked! What were they doing there for 40 minutes? Julienne's portion was so small, just one bite. Don't set foot here anymore!
No one came up for a long time. A puddle under the table. They waited 10 minutes to wipe it off, but they didn't wipe it off. I had to go somewhere else.
Waiting for borscht for 45 minutes. Borscht is light. Without a hint of red. Meat for 3 points. The take-out time is one hour. I feel sorry for the waitress. She runs like crazy. Without warning, they charged 10% for SUCH SERVICE!
