Just yesterday, on 10.01.2025, we bought a Leacco Air Fryer AF 060 aerogrill, We did everything according to the instructions, the viewing window fogged up at the very first cooking, and when we arrived at the store, they told us why you didn't ask when you bought it or not!Sorry, this is my first time buying an aerogrill!the first one was taken out, it was scratched , again we were told that they were all like that, that this factory was already going like this, we asked to open another, there were also minor defects, but already one scratch did not matter!But I'm sorry, it hasn't even been an hour, and it's not working anymore, and they're trying to prove to us that this isn't a marriage!we wrote a waiver of repairs so that the money would be returned immediately , of course, which we doubt ((400 rubles are wasted !we will now wait for a response from the service center!I hope that they will return the money and not set foot in this store!!!

Disgusting customer service, they always smile at you when you buy something, but they wash their hands of it when you bring it under warranty. They say it's your own fault, you did it all, they discount everything on the buyer. I'm not naked anymore in this store!!!

I advise you to avoid this place. They may be friendly at the first visit, but this is deceptive, if something goes wrong, they will skin you... They will poke their nose into the legislation, turn it in one place and make a stone face, thinking that the buyer is not protected in any way and you can do anything with him and talk as you like.
